Hydration

I always say "treat your facials like you treat your massages." Consume extra hydration before and after. Your skin displays your hydration levels on the outside. Internal hydration is so important for many things with your health. You can do all the hydration facials and use all the medical grade products, but If you are not hydrated internally it will always show on the outside. Some of my treatments stimulate your lymphatic drainage. To help stimulate this further you can drink warm

mineral water or tea.

Moral of the story..... Drink plenty of water – Dehydration is one of the most common causes of lymphatic congestion which can further exacerbate existing lymph problems. Drinking sufficient water throughout the day encourages healthy lymphatic function and reduces water retention.

I was recently traveling and came across a product called "Liquid-IV" which I've heard about on a few podcasts I listen to. Products like that and dare I say "Prime" hydration drinks (NO ENERGY DRINKS) will help get you to your hydration goals. A great mineral water is a simple way as well, my favourite actually being 7/11 brand mineral water. Remember RO water is stripped of all minerals that our body and skin requires. Message me with your favourite tasting mineral waters!
